Due to unforeseen circumstances, Country artist Neal McCoy will not be able to perform at the Columbia County Fair on Sunday as originally planned due to a mechanical breakdown with his tour bus. The Frontmen, a supergroup from Nashville comprised of the lead singers for Restless Heart, Little Texas, and Lonestar, has been scheduled to appear as a replacement. The show goes off as previously announced at 4:00pm Sunday August 31, at the Grandstand.
The 184th Columbia County Fair is located off Route 66 in Chatham, New York. The Fair – “always runs over Labor Day”, and concludes on Monday, September 1. General Admission is $15 and includes parking and all entertainment. Daily hours are 10AM – 11PM. Youth under 18 and active military with ID or in uniform are admitted free. Children 12 and under are always free. Daily Ride Passes are available on the grounds during the Fair at the ride ticket booths near the Ferris Wheel. Cost is $30 per day.
